Once you save a tok, users will get notified by push notification on their device and also by email, that the tok is available for them to respond to. If it’s a recurring tok, let’s say weekly or monthly, they’ll get daily reminders to complete the tok. Tok responses will get pushed to the supervisor and supervisors will respond in app to the feedback they received. That response gets pushed in the app, back to the user.
